A Pleasant or Unpleasant Surprise

A decade of silence means a decade of life happening and consuming my entire mind and tying my hands full and totally forgot to blog, totally forgot my love to express myself in writing and be reminded that here's my blog where i can just blurt words out from my mind and print for others to read. whew! Hello blogworld, A pause from the fast moving up and down life because of the coronavirus pandemic somehow is a breather that I need, I mean we all needed one way or another. The past year 2020 has its own positive and negative effects in our lives, but for me, I'd say it was a clear message from a power higher than us that 'hey you have your life going but I have other plans for you so here's a reset or a slowing down button pressed for you and for the entire world.' How's your 2021 so far? Mine, it's a partial reset but I am considering a total reset. haha! There are so many things to reflect on and reconsider as to how my new decade will become and how I will transform from it. Indeed, life is a surprise. I mean 2020 was a mind blowing, jaw dropping nightmare kind of surprise and unfortunately, we couldn't say no to what has been given to us. A year passing by perplexed, stuck, uncertain and forced to have a 180 degree turn. What's your story?

BABIES are angels, don't u think?

I am so inspired right now that all worries and problems are nothing compared to the bliss and joy that babies give. I wouldn't really know if i will be a good mom in the future but i guess there will always be room to try and be one... I'm just sooooooo happy!

had our housewarming last saturday! finally i get to live in a real haus after 12 years in Cebu. lols!

when u can't forgive urself

how can a person continue life and pursue happiness if one can't forgive his own self of all the mistakes he has done to others and in the end inflicted pain to his own. is there a cure? is there hope amidst all this devastation? if only i can turn back time. i'd rather i was not born... help me correct this ill mind. any suggestions?

remnants of the recent fire incident in lahug

it's scary to know that your own place was the next house to get burned. luckily there's a firewall separating us from the burned house. unfortunately, one died of this incident. this happened on nov 2 and 8 days later another fire incident happened again about 2 blocks from this place. i don't know what to feel knowing these incidents were so close to our place.

i was in sm with my mama and my nephew and i saw this. i bet they were paid much to paint themselves like ghosts and pose for everyone to see. must be soooo tiring. too bad my nephew was too scared to go near them.

This is how i feel today... with a dreamy face. hoping to be with my McDreamy man. hahaha lols. This is the best thing to do when the one you love isn't near you. Many people say long distance relationship does not work. I believe them but oh well, why am i in one? sigh....

loneliness

there are different paths in life one can choose to go. there was this one morning where i was faced with fear that i may be spending the rest of my life alone. it was a very upsetting thought but the good thing about it was it gave me an idea on what choices i have in life. a friend once told me, that when you choose to be single for the rest of your life, the only fight that you will have against yourself is loneliness... however, if you choose to marry, a lot of troubles would come your way because the fight no longer lies in your hands but on others that you care and love.

what a serene scene... this would be an ideal place to just throw away my worries and just gaze in awe of how beautiful the world is if there's this much peace....

wish i had a dog

i love small dogs because they are so cute and cuddly! the thing is i couldn't have one because the place where i am staying at won't allow pets with you. i hope someday i can have my own cute dog and it would be a female pomeranian... though this shietsu is cute...awf awf

a thorny flower

my friend who took this shot does not know the name of this flower but he just called it a thorny flower. isn't it ironic, how a flower can actually still be considered beautiful to look at despite of those thorns? it is just like life, how boring it would be without the thorny parts of our journey huh? everything would have been perfect and no story...
